Note: A Third SICoP Special Conference was planned (see Draft Agenda below), but was then overtaken by the SICoP Special Briefing for the DoD CoI on August 9, 2007, and then by the September 20, 2007, Meeting of the NCOIC Semantic Interoperability Framework Working Group at which the SICoP Co-chairs presented the following:

    • Proposed Moresohy Demonstration and Moresophy Profile: The Moresophy L4 Methodology and Moresophy L4 Semantics NetWorking Product:
      • These Germans are doing some very interesting work with Semantics/Ontology specifically with Duetsche Telecom. Encourage all of you to take a close look at what they are accomplishing. We need to quantum leap our semantic/ontology efforts, this methodology/product may be helpful.
